Leadership & Communication Coaching Program
I started my coaching career as a Life Coach and discovered one year later, many of my clients have one common challenge: communication. Communication challenges are often times seen both in their personal and professional lives. This discovery provided me an opportunity to connect my love of coaching and my experience as a working professional. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, this has provided many insights in my Coaching career. Innately, I found myself pulling from both my own experiences and my formal education to assist my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves. Recently, I decided to develop yet another program to offer executive coaching clients: Leadership & Communication Coaching Program.
My approach, as a Coach, is to gain an understanding of where you and your business currently are, who are all the players, where do you want to take your business and map the appropriate action steps for YOUR business. This means, the approaches are tailored specifically and uniquely to you and your business. After all, you are the expert, you know your business better than anyone else. In fact, I suggest you already have the answers and solutions, my position is to ask the right questions to uncover them, gain clarity, make the connections and provide guidance. A three-tiered approach of the right system, the right support and the right accountability provide a successful outcome.
I know you have the ability to succeed and to move forward; otherwise, you wouldn’t have come this far. In my experience, successful people seek help, recognize opportunities and learn from others.
